Andry Setiawan

Andry Setiawan brings extensive experience and proven leadership to his role as Chief Investment Officer of INA. Previously, he served as INA’s Managing Director of Investment and was an active member of the Investment Committee, leading initiatives in the Green Energy & Transformation sector.

Before joining INA, Andry held strategic leadership roles in Indonesia’s petrochemical and power sectors, including key executive positions at Chandra Asri and Tripolyta Indonesia Tbk. He was instrumental in driving several national-scale projects, notably as Finance Director, and later President Director of PT Indo Raya Tenaga, the joint venture behind Indonesia’s final Ultra Super Critical (USC) 2x1000MW power plant with Indonesia Power. In 2020, he transitioned into public asset management, first as Director of Investment at PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero), and then at PT Danareksa (Persero).

Andry graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
