Our Initiatives
INA recently visited Yayasan Cahaya Mutiara Ubud, a foundation created by and for people with disabilities in Tampaksiring, Bali, to engage and learn from its inspiring community. Our visit allowed us to exchange stories, appreciate their artistic performances, and collaborate in their craft making and coffee packaging, which are key to their livelihood.
This engagement was an opportunity for mutual growth and understanding, highlighting the foundation's resilience and creativity. In line with our commitment to community support, INA contributed essential goods. This gesture was a small token of our admiration for their resilience. Our time with Yayasan Cahaya Mutiara Ubud was a powerful reminder of the impact of solidarity and shared experiences, motivating us to continue building meaningful connections across communities.
In our journey to realizing this vision, we embarked on a pilot initiative with Kita Setara, an organization that envisions establishing a community hub for learning and shared space, dedicated to friends with disabilities.
Our collaboration with Kita Setara was born from a shared vision: empowering our friends with disabilities. Responding to INA's initiative, Kita Setara expertly designed and handcrafted bags, each piece reflecting the passion and skill of these incredible individuals. Offered to INA’s employees, every single revenue from the sales directly benefited Kita Setara. This partnership not only exemplified empowerment in action but also amplified our united pursuit for a more inclusive and thriving Indonesia.
