Darwin Cyril Noerhadi

Darwin Cyril Noerhadi is one of INA's Supervisory Board - Independent Member and one of the leading investors in Indonesia, and the founder of financial firm Creador Indonesia. He has been involved in various investment transactions across South and Southeast Asia including Indonesia, Malaysia, India and Vietnam. He has held executive board positions including CEO of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, CFO of Medco Energi International Tbk, and Partner in the field of corporate finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers Indonesia.

He currently serves as Commissioner of PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk, Independent Commissioner of PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk, and previously served as President Commissioner (Independent) of PT Mandiri Sekuritas.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Geology from Institute of Technology Bandung, an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Houston, and a PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Indonesia with cum laude distinction.
