INA and Canada’s EDC Forge US$600 Million (Rp10 Trillion) Strategic Partnership

The Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) and Export Development Canada (EDC), Canada’s export credit agency, have signed a Market Leaders Partnership Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen bilateral investment relations and promote sustainable economic development between the two countries.

The MoU, signed on September 24 in Ottawa, Canada, establishes a framework for collaboration and outlines how both institutions will explore financing solutions and joint opportunities that align with the Indonesia–Canada nexus. Priority sectors include infrastructure, cleantech and renewable energy, as well as agrifood.
