Progress of Chandra Asri’s CA-EDC Plant Reaches 33%

Energy, chemical, and infrastructure company PT Chandra Asri Pacific (TPIA) continues to advance the construction of its Chlor Alkali and Ethylene Dichloride (CA-EDC) Plant in Cilegon, Banten. The project has now reached 33% completion and is targeted to be fully operational by 2027.

The project is supported by Daya Anagata Nusantara (Danantara) — managed by the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) — through an investment commitment of USD 800 million, equivalent to IDR 13.03 trillion (based on an exchange rate of IDR 16,291 per USD).
